Land prices cut down in Ostrov and Sebezh districts

November 25, legislative initiative of Ostrov and Sebezh district Assemblies to cut down land prices in these districts when selling land plots to proprietors of building structures located on these grounds was supported at the 34th session of the Pskov region Assembly of deputies, the Pskov Information Agency correspondent reports.
From now on, land price in these municipal formations is fixed at triple size to land tax rate per unit area. Previously the index was ten-fold to tax rate.
Thus Sebezh and Ostrov districts joined Pskov, Velikie Luki, Pechory and Bezhanitsy districts, where such index has already been fixed.
