You are introduced to investment sites, mainly located in district centers of Pskov region or in the outskirts, as well as in. cities Pskov and Velikie Luki.

The sites were selected by authorities and district architectural departments, in terms of prospective development of specific place and with consideration of potential investors’ interests: as a rule these sites are designed for industrial engineering, have available developed infrastructure (power lines, water-supply, sewerage, heating mains, gas pipelines, and branch railways) and are located nearby motor roads and railways.

Most sites are free of building, i.e. demolition is not required. Some sites include inoperative production buildings and constructions, which may represent interest for investor.

Each district is represented by several electronic maps:

1. district with natural resources, communications, forest density and other data and geographical location of sites in the district;
2. settlement with geography of streets and roads, communications and sites location on the area;
3. site electronic layout with specified location of all engineering communications, adjacent to the site and passing through it;
4. legal environment, i.e. ownership of land surrounding the site;
5. passport of each site
